Terms & Conditions – MCS Academy

Introduction

By accessing the MCS Academy website or enrolling in any of our courses, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services immediately.

1- Registration & Payment

Course bookings can only be made through our official website or via the academy’s official email.

To confirm your registration, a 30% upfront payment is required via Tabby only, with the remaining balance to be settled before the course start date.

All fees are stated and payable in the currency specified on the course page unless otherwise stated.

2- Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their registration and request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment.

After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used.

If the payment was made via "Tabby", a 7% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount as a processing charge.

3- Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, including but not limited to text, presentations, videos, and other media, are the exclusive property of MCS Academy.

Reproduction, redistribution, or publication of any materials for any purpose without prior written consent from MCS Academy is strictly prohibited.

4- Permitted Use

The website and its content must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Sharing account details or login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

5- Amendments to the Terms

MCS Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

6- Privacy

We are committed to protecting our clients’ privacy. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

7- Disclaimer

MCS Academy provides its services and content “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

The academy is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content.

8- Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
