Child Safety & Safeguarding
The Children's Act 2004 places duties on a range of organisations to ensure they safeguard and promote the welfare of children. This includes the need for appropriate safeguarding training, as employers are responsible for ensuring staff are competent to carry out their responsibilities towards safeguarding children and young people. This qualification would meet this requirement.

Eng. Rawan Al Shaweesh, Academic
Directorat MCS Consultancy
I’m Eng. Rawan Al Shaweesh, Academic Director at MCS Consultancy, where I lead the strategic development and quality assurance of all training programs. With a background in Communication and Electronics Engineering, I bring over a decade of experience in technical education, safety training, and vocational qualification delivery.
I am a proud CertIOSH member,
an approved NEBOSH trainer
and a Safety Engineering certified tutor.
As an Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) Approved by the UAE National Qualification Centre (NQC), I ensure that our programs not only meet international standards but are also tailored to the real needs of learners and organizations across the UAE and GCC.
From overseeing curriculum design
to selecting expert trainers,
and setting assessment protocols
my role is to ensure every learner at MCS receives a transformational experience that is credible, career-enhancing, and fully compliant with global frameworks.
